Me after trudging through Kawishiwi River in order to untangle a friend's fishing line
I am an aspiring journalist in my senior year at The University of Idaho. I have been a writer for The Argonaut since my freshman year, reporting on environmental issues and breaking news. I am also in my second year as the station manager for KUOI 89.3 FM Moscow, the student run radio station at UI.
I have six years of experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. I mainly use Canon and GoPro technology, but have also worked with Sony, Nikon, and Blackmagic cameras. I am an award winning journalist; a past recipient of the National Academy of Television, Arts, and Sciences scholarship, the third runner up for the Idaho Press Club's Light Feature award, and the 2022 winner of the region 10 Society of Professional Journalists Large General Column award.

I am currently engaged in research regarding how information concerning gray wolves in Idaho is shared between communities. This research will culminate in a documentary film as well as a professional paper. The project will be completed in the fall of 2025 and is funded by the I-CREWS Summer Authentic Research Experience and the Adele Berklund Award.
